Randy Levine, Esq. is a practicing plaintiff's trial lawyer in New York, a partner of Schachter & Levine, LLP, and a founding partner of ESS Consulting, an affiliate of Millennium Settlements. He also has his Series 7 and 66 licenses. Randy's extensive experience as a trial attorney in a wide range of personal injury and medical malpractice cases offers a thorough understanding of all the issues faced by attorneys and their clients. Prior to forming Schachter & Levine, LLP, Randy was a senior litigator for a medical malpractice defense firm. As a result, he brings a unique perspective to the settlement and negotiation process, having worked for both plaintiffs and defense claims professionals.

Randy received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1994 and was honored to win the Nassau Academy of Law's 1993 Moot Court Competition and a Certificate of Distinguished Merit. Randy has published and lectured with the Practicing Law Institute and with the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is an active member of National Structure Settlement Trade Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Ari Kornhaber, Esq. (President) ESS Consulting is another tool that Mr. Kornhaber brings to the plaintiff legal community.  Mr. Kornhaber serves as the Senior Vice-President for Lawcash and is dedicated to developing innovative products for plaintiffs and their attorneys.  Mr. Kornhaber received his law degree from Touro Law School in New York. He practiced personal injury litigation in New York with the law firm of Pariser and Vogelman, PC and was a trial attorney for the law firm of Napoli, Kaiser and Bern, LLC, specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice and mass tort litigation.

Mr. Kornhaber has spoken as an expert at numerous seminars, CLE programs and meetings across the United States on important legal, financial and ethical issues.
